What forms of payment do you accept?

We are flexible with our payment methods. We take any of the large credit card services (Visa, American Express, Mastercard, or Discover) through our booking platform. We can also take Zelle or Venmo, or cash can be left or hand delivered at the time of the clean. If you are paying with card please book directly on our website. If you are interested in paying cash or Zelle/Venmo, please contact us directly to book.

What is your breakage and loss policy?

In the rare event that this has occurred, you must contact us within 48 hours after the clean has been completed and our team will address the matter immediately.

What are your prices?

We list our base prices with our Gold level, Platinum level, and Diamond level cleans, with add-ons optional. Even our base level clean goes above and beyond and starts at a deep clean. Pricing is also dependent on the size of your home. We are transparent with our prices and strongly believe that the quality of our services reflect the level of service we provide.

What if I am allergic to certain cleaning supplies?

Please note what you are allergic to when you are booking the clean in the notes section. We will ensure not to use those supplies, and if you would like us to use specific supplies you own, we are also happy to do so.

How many cleaners will you send?

The amount of cleaners that will work on the clean is dependent on the size of your property. This will typically be done by a team of 2, and in many cases, especially on the initial cleans, will be accompanied and oversaw onsite by an operations manager to ensure that the process has been completed smoothly and properly.

Can I get the same cleaner every time?

We understand how important it is to receive consistent service. Although we will try to accommodate your request, sometimes scheduling and availability of each individual cleaner is out of our control. Rest assured, all of our cleaners have gone through the same extensive training to ensure consistency throughout the whole company.

How will the cleaners enter my home?

You can leave a key under a mat or in a mailbox, arrange a drop off of a spare key, someone can be home to let them in, you can give us access to a lockbox, or leave your home unlocked.

When would you recommend a Platinum clean over a Gold clean?

The level of clean you choose is dependent on the amount of services you want taken care of. You’ll find that our Gold level cleans is more similar to a deep clean, rather than just a standard clean, and our Platinum includes even more services that get to the smallest of details. In most cases, we recommend a Platinum level clean for your first time, and then maintaining a consistent weekly or bi-weekly Gold level clean.

What is your hoarding and hazardous conditions policy?

If a home is deemed hazardous and it is not safe for the cleaners to complete the service, you will be charged for their time. There is an up-charge for hoarding conditions, as this process will take much longer for our cleaners to complete. If there is poop or blood found, our cleaners cannot touch or clean these areas.

Do you bring all of your own supplies?

Yes we do! But if there are specific products you have that you would prefer us to use instead, we would be more than happy to do so.

What is your cancellation policy?

You will be charged 50% of the cleaning total fee if the booking is canceled within 48 hours of the time slot booked. You will not be charged if the booking is canceled or rescheduled enough time in advance.

Can you do laundry and dishes?

Yes we have add-on services available. Prices are listed in our booking calendar.

What areas do you service?

We can service most locations in Chicago. We are based out of the downtown area but we service suburban neighborhoods as well. If you reach out to us with your exact address and the services you are looking for, we will get back to you within 24 hours to let you know if we can accommodate your request.

Do you offer contracts for Airbnbs and short term rental unit cleans?

We do! Please reach out to us directly and we will contact you to hear more about the property and how we can best service you.

What does a Diamond level clean include?

The Diamond level clean is our highest level of services. We consider this level of service to be comparable to a hotel’s room service. Our team will perform the most extensive tasks including organizing your closet, all your laundry cleaned, folded and put away, reorganizing your cabinets, and even steaming your curtains. In this service we attend to the smallest of details to reach levels of perfection.

What if my home does not fit any of the options listed on the booking?

Please contact us directly with as many details of your home as possible (size, address, number of rooms, etc), and we will get back to you with a quote or any further questions.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Please book at least 48 hours in advance. Bookings made less than 48 hours in advance are considered last-minute and may be subject to an additional rush fee if we are able to accommodate.

What training and certifications have your maids gone through?

We are a corporate member of Maid Training Academy (MTA) which is the largest training school for maid service professionals in the United States. Upon completion of training our maids receive a Professional Cleaner Certification.
